4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To use the platform only for lawful purposes

• Not to upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content

• Not to attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disrupting platform functions

• To comply with all applicable local and international laws (tax, privacy, commerce, etc.)

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Activities occurring under your account
  We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your actions.

6. Subscription, Fees & Payments

• Pricing is provided on our website or in your agreement.

• All payments must be made on time.

• Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of services.

• Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

• All software, design, features, and content provided by DigiKnowHow are the intellectual property of DigiKnowHow.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

• You may not copy, redistribute, or modify the platform’s source code or features.

Your own website content, product data, brand assets, and materials remain your property.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers).
DigiKnowHow is not responsible for:

• Issues caused by third-party tools

• Pricing or billing of third-party services

• Downtime or changes by external providers

9. Data & Privacy

• You are responsible for complying with data protection laws (GDPR, local privacy rules, etc.) for your customers.

• DigiKnowHow will not share your information except as required for service delivery or by law.

10. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Product information, pricing, images, and transactions

• Copyright and legal compliance of your content

We are not liable for user-generated content.

11. Platform Availability & Support

We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service

• Error-free performance

• Instant issue resolution

Support is provided as per the plan selected (email, chat, or dedicated support).

12. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts

• Use the platform for fraud, scams, or illegal commerce

• Abuse system resources

• Host prohibited content (hate speech, illegal goods, weapons, adult content unless approved, etc.)

Violation may lead to immediate service termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

DigiKnowHow is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business

• Downtime, service interruptions, or delays

• Incorrect configuration made by the user

• Misuse of the platform

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Payments are overdue

• Terms are violated

• Illegal activity is detected

You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be provided unless stated in a custom agreement.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law
