Customers are eligible to request a refund within 15 days of their initial subscription or service purchase.

After the 15-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

The request must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
Only new subscriptions or first-time purchases are eligible.
You must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction (technical issues, service not working as promised, etc.).
The platform access and associated services must not have been abused or misused.

Refund decisions will be made after reviewing your case.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Renewals or recurring subscription payments
Domain purchases, hosting, or third-party service fees
Custom development work
Design or setup services already completed
Add-ons, integrations, or paid plugins
Promotional or discounted plans
One-time consulting or training fees

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your account will be deactivated after the refund is issued.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
However, cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund unless it falls within the 15-day refund period.

6. Fraud or Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

Fraudulent activity is suspected
The service has been excessively used
Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy were violated
